Our Preserving The Harvest series starts August 6th. The class will be held on Wednesdays Aug. 6th, 13th and 20th at 10:00 a.m. Enjoy the rewards of preserving delicious produce for your enjoyment year round. Come learn about food preservation: pressure canning, water bath, freezing and food dehydrating.
